If you’ve seen Sandra Lee’s tablescapes, you’ve seen some amazing holiday creations. I wanted to come up with a spooky holiday themed tasteless tablescapes that would appeal to the children.
Doesn’t that look fun? From a distance it looks like a great jack o lantern full of candy. But look closer, Gentle Reader. Look closer.
That cheery jack o lantern is filled with boxes of raisins to hand out. The horror, the horror.

I’m going to have nightmares for weeks!
ha ha ha! how did I miss this one. Most excellent. My mom always gives out toys or stickers or some non-candy item. As a result, I am determined to hand out candy. And yet, we get zero trick or treaters at our house, and my mom gets loads of them – so I lose in the end.
We don’t get trick or treaters either, so last year we bought Justin’s peanut butter cups. More for panda.
For the love, give the kids candy! You can give the raisins to me.
